There is plenty of choice if you are looking for accommodation in Belo Horizonte, particularly if three-star hotels are your preferred choice. Budget lodging is also to hand if required, with a reasonable selection of cheap hotels being based around Belo Horizonte's train station.

For something a little larger and suitable for longer stays, consider one of the apartments within the Mercure Hotel on the Rua Serra Azul, while for affordable luxury accommodation, the Othon Palace on the Avenida Afonso Pena is hard to beat and boasts views of the Parque Central, as well as a bar and pool on the rooftop.
